On May 18, 2022, was the 1st online magazine 'CrossingBorders - Wirtschaftsrecht weltweit' published.
The first edition of CrossingBorders is dedicated to the focus on M&A: Authors from seven countries give a compact overview of M&A transactions and report on the respective national peculiarities and deviations compared to German law.
With individual contributions to France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, England and Wales, the USA and Russia as well as the section "Legal news worldwide".
